Product Description
WT0004 Sausage Automatic Filling Machine mainly used in composite film tube packing of silicone sealant, polyurethane sealant and other such paste materials. This machine has a horizontal, compact, small size structure, is easy to move, adopting advanced pneumatic and phototlectic monitoring as well as PLC intelligent control and reliable mechanical structure technology. Mainly includes the fore closely linked processes of flexible package tube making,PLC precision controlled filling, double end sealing forming and automatic cutting. Production is completely automatic and integrated in to a single bodied piece of machinery. There is no need for manual intervention. This assures accurate filling weights and consistent batches can be attained, replacing previous segmented processes of tube making-filling-clipping, thus avoiding problems of cooperation between different working procedures. It improves product quality and increases production efficiency, whilst reducing production loss and it products have excellent sealing performance.
