1.Utility
Multifunctional Dispersing and Mixing Machine is a kind of equipment mixing powerfully at high and low speed. It is applicable for mixing, reacting, dissolving, dispersing solid-liquid, liquid-liquid material in the fields of chemical industry, light industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, construction material industry, pesticides industry etc. such as making mucilage glue, silicon-keton sealing glue, polyurethane glue, acrylic plastic, automible sealing glue, encapsulation glue, ointment and paste material, lubricating grease and paint, paste cosmetic, ink and paint emulsion, paste food and additive etc.
2. Working Principle, Structure and Attribute
The machine applies special mixing structure: material basket is fixed, in the middle mixing blade pushes bottom material up and wall material toward the center with grinding wall and moving at low speed. In the two sides are high speed dispersing and mixing devices that break up and disperse material promptly, their speed is adjustable, so that material can be fully compounded by means of dispersing and mixing machine moving at high and low speed and strongly trimming and nipping together. The machine is mechanical sealing so that air bubble can be pumped out.
The machine consists of high-low speed motor, reducer, transmission case, hydraulic pole, bearing mount, top cover, material basket, base, electronic control case and hydraulic station. Transmission case can move up and down after being driven by hydraulic pole. Basket can be moved because there are wheels under it.
